Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Taleth (the “Game”), developed and operated by the Taleth Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

   You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

   If the Game requires account registration, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for any activity conducted through your account.

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a manner that we deem inappropriate, unlawful, or disruptive.

3. Acceptable Use

   You agree not to:

   • Engage in unauthorized access, interference, or disruption of the Game or its servers.
   • Exploit bugs, glitches, or use third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
   • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
   • Post or share illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
   • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.

   We reserve the right to take appropriate action against any misuse, including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

4. Virtual Items

   Any in-game currency, items, or assets (“Virtual Items”) are for use within the Game only and have no real-world monetary value. We retain all ownership rights to Virtual Items, and they may be changed or removed at our discretion.

   You may not sell, trade, or transfer Virtual Items outside the Game unless explicitly permitted.

5. Intellectual Property

   All content within the Game — including but not limited to code, artwork, audio, and trademarks — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Game without our express permission.

6. User-Generated Content

   If the Game allows you to create or share content, you retain ownership of your submissions but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Game.

   You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Termination

   We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Game, including user accounts, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Disclaimers

   The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages resulting from your use of the Game.

9. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, items, or access to your account.

10. Changes to the Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
